"Today's gonna be a gr8 day"..sometimes u just feel tat wen u wake up. Period:P...n tats exactly what yest was - a Saturday - day 3 at Saarang:D - the cultural fest at IIT-M...
So..um..if u've noticed the day isn't that exciting if every thing's according to plan n perfectly timed:), n I'm invariably there to provide for the..ahem.. unpunctuality's. lol. Wat I'm trying to say here is that we ended up half hour late at IIT-M thanks to me.. Anyway we signed up for this event called 'THE RUSH'. The game was for abt 3 hrs..n it was kinda like a treasure hunt. The co-ordinators wud give our team-of-10 clues. We had to crack da clues which would lead us to the place where we'd get our code n report it. Each team was also provided with Rs5 balance vodafone sims.. (oc sims actually:)..never made too much use of it for calllin da co-ords!) so tat we cud convey our code immediately.
We didn't do too bad actually... ended up solving abt 3 clues out of 6 n getting half of the others rite:P..but ye..we were'nt eligible for the treasure of 10,000k cos we asked for 2 hints which made us officially out-standers! watever:)
Anyway it was a whole lot of fun roaming around in cycles in a gr8 shady forested campus:), making new friends, cracking our heads over da clues, laughin out loud..(not just lol ing like we do in chat) at da weirdo guesses we made n searching wacky places for codes tat weren't tere in da first place?!:)
So on the whole, saturday rocked big time!! Maybe I'm influenced by ' The Most Amazing Race' - a reality show on AXN:)...but I simply enjoyed being part of the whole thing! Sometimes ur so lost in monotonous routine city life, tat lil things like a simple adventure game can make soo much of a desirable pleasant change..
I guess tiredness after all is not simply physical but quite physcological too:)

well, there is this thing that punctuality is the mark of joblessness... so by being late you often imply u were stuck with something more important... like... sleep, watching TV or just staring at vacant space...

Treasure hunts are loadsa fun! I would like to see someone, anyone who takes part in one and doesn't end up having a blast. It's just impossible eh?
@lunar essence.. ye true! hard to find someone who doesn't enjoy some part or the other of a treasure hunt.. or maybe you wouldn't only if you're not too much of the adventure or fun-loving or sporty type! :P
